Gaia's Oasis is a nature preserve and retreat center in the Sierra foothills of California.
Gaia's Oasis is 125 acres of oak woodlands which includes three ponds, a spring and several creeks, making for a diversity of natural habitats. This land was once inhabited by the native Mono people, who left many traces of their presence, and we at Gaia's Oasis are dedicated to preserving it as sacred land.
Gaia's Oasis is available for small groups, circles or covens wishing to conduct private retreats or for teachers interested in holding workshops.
Gaia's Oasis is also a gorgeous setting for weddings, handfastings, or other rites of passage.
We sponser several events per year involving sacred fire ritual, so please stay tuned for announcements and invitations.
Facilities include a full modern kitchen, comfortable dining area, a large sleeping loft that can accommodate about a dozen people, outdoor camping space, a firecircle, large tipi, and a labyrinth.
We are conveniently located only 3 hours from the Bay area, 4 hours from LA, and 6-7 hours from Las Vegas. The Fresno International airport is about 40 minutes from Gaia's Oasis and makes a convenient gateway for our out of town guests.
